D.S.M. FOR SEAMERS. (Double Seaming Monitoring)
Purpose: monitoring the seaming process to eject the bad cans and control the seamer deviation.
The technique consists in examining the quality of the seaming of each can in real time
as it passes through the seamer.
This technique is based on measuring the instantaneous seaming force on each can and analysing this force signal using a microprocessor and specific fast-processing software.
This means that when the cans emerge from the seamer, the system identifies whether they have been weel or badly seamed.
In order to achieve this, the cam must be modified slightly so that the sensor devices, which will give rise to an electrical signal proportional to the force being tested, can be built into it. |

VIBRATING CONE TELESCOPIC FILLER FOR SOLID PRODUCTS
- Possibility
of filling large pieces of products which may also be thread-like into
rigid or fragile containers.
- No direct contact between the jars
- Absence of jar breakage inside the filler
- Direct product discharge from the filling plate to the container
without damaging the product
- Hygienic machine, rapid cleaning process, without the need
to remove any component
- Flexibility for different applications with rapid size changeover
- The vibration intensity for product settlement, may be varied
from the electric panel
- Centralised lubrication and controls

VERTICAL VALVE ROTARY PISTON FILLERS (PATENTED SYSTEM )
- The only unit able to fill all tomato-based products, such
as:
- Passata
- Pulp
- Sauces
- Diced
- The vertical type valve is constructed in special
food-grade material, tested at Zacmi's Research & Development
Centre, suitable for contact with food products, able to assure
a perfect
filling even in the presence of products that are normally difficult
to fill.
- The high production speed ( max. 30.000 bottles/hr. with 720
cc glass bottles) in no way compromises the guaranteed high-standard
dosage accuracy.
- The unit's reliability is given by its sturdiness. Moreover,
the W.I.P. system cuts down time requirements to almost zero.
- Production costs are reduced, due to the complete elimination
of the dripping factor, that occurs in numerous current applications,
causing external stains on the containers.

SPIRAL PASTEURISER - COOLER FOR FLEXIBLE BAGS ( PATENTED SYSTEM )
This is a new pasteuriser-cooler, designed to pasteurise and cool
flexible packages after the filling-sealing operation (normally hot
filling). It can handle flexible containers ranging from
250 cc up to 10 kg and the capacity depends on the processing time.
A spiral conveyor that develops spirally upwards, crosses the pasteurisation
and cooling tower.
For hot-filled highly viscous products, where pasteurisation is not
required, but a long cooling time is necessary, the pasteurisation
tower can be converted into a cooling tower.
Some typical applications are: fruit juices, fruit in syrup, tomato-based
products, fruit purée and concentrate and tomato paste.
With tomato-based product and a 350 g package, the standard unit
can process 15,000 pouches/hour, however, various models are available
for different capacities. |

| HIGH PERFORMANCE SINGLE-HEAD FILLER (PATENTED SYSTEM )
Suitable to dose all types of liquid, even thick and with suspended
solids, into rigid or flexible containers of up to 5 kg. In each
head, the piston is driven independently by a couple of servomotors,
so, with more filling heads, it is possible to contemporarily
dose different types and quantities of product.
Three sets of valves are available for the following dosage ranges:
- from 0 to 100 g;
- from 0 to 220 g;
- from 0 to 5.000 g.
The pneumatically controlled filling heads are located over an
index conveyor containing one or more rows of packages. The filling
heads penetrate the containers to avoid dirtying with product
the flexible container edges to be sealed, such as pouches, brik,
etc..
The fundamental features of this project are its modularity,
high-speed production, the moderate investment requirement for
each head and the perfect cleanliness of the container.
The feeding hopper with a motorised stirrer and the W.I.P. complete
the standard equipment of this unit.
