Brusher

This is installed after the steam peeler, and is suitable to separate the blanched skin from potatoes, carrots, etc. In potato processing two brushers are used in sequence to guarantee an excellent peeling, even in the presence of particularly difficult products (harvested some time ago and badly preserved).
In order to reduce starch loss (and water consumption), the first machine is used practically dry.

- positive product advancing screw in AISI 304 st. st., to obtain a precise regulation of the product inside the brusher itself, according to the quality and degree of ripeness
