Working principle:

This filler has been designed for high-speed filling into cylindrical tin-plate cans for a variety of products such as tomatoes, peach slices, halved apricots, halved pears, plums and many other products in pieces.
The product is transferred to the filler's main drum by means of a baffle positioned on a merry-go-round or elevator.
The filling drum is equipped with special pallets regulated by a cam, which take the product and feed it into the containers via vibrating chute. At the outlet of the drums, a vibrating twist discharges excess product from the cans to give an even headspace.
A suitable table top chain conveyor transports the excess product to the pre-filling drum to avoid damage by continuous recycling.
