High speed and accuracy, minimum damage to the product
The principle feature responsible for the enormous success of the Zacmi telescopic fillers on the market, is the filling accuracy, as opposed to that of the traditional drum fillers. The product is measured volumetrically before being put into the container; it does not undergo maltreatment but is gently transferred from the filling plate to the dosage telescopes, by a suitable baffle system.

Rapid change-over of sizes
With the new Zacmi multifillers, the problem of the size change-over (volume and container) is overcome by particular constructive systems, which allow the rapid change-over of the various particulars.

 

Hygiene
All the parts in contact with the product are manufactured in stainless steel or sanitary material. The machine is easily accessible in all its parts for quick and thorough cleaning.

Advanced technology

- the filler can be provided with a motorized system for telescope adjustment which is operated from the electric panel board
- a special system controls the product level on the filling plate, by regulating the infeed at the beginning. E.g.: hoppers with electromagnetic vibrators
- the filler may be electrically synchronised with the container liquid filling and closing group
- it is possible to install a "no can - no fill" device which prevents product loss in the absence of containers
- the speed of the machine may be automatically adjusted according to the product flow
