The basic function of this machine is to transfer with a continuous, uniform and constant method, foliaceous products, delicate and viscous products, that can be diced with or without liquid.
The new product transferring technology, substitutes with various advantages the more traditional methods, such as the positive displacement pump and mono pump methods which unvoidable damage the above mentioned products.
The main applicationsa are: the link-up with a filler, with an aseptic or non aseptic sterilizer and cooler group etc.. The pump is equipped with a product receiving hopper which supplies the two cylinder piston group.
These are put into function alternatively with a series of oleodynamic pistons, which convey the product to a discharge pipe.
The synchronized movement of the two cylinder-pistons is guaranteed by a device which records by means of sensors the positions of the cylinders and relative piston.
