Zacmi has developed a new system to automatically pack various food products into stand-up or regular pouches.
The system can handle fruit such as peaches, pears, pineapples, etc., cut into halves, slices, cubes, tidbits, chunks or crushed.
It can also process vegetables, tomato-based formulated products, pasta, rice and meat.
Zacmi can supply the whole system including the processing and pasteurization, or the filling system alone.
The system can handle 3-5 litre pouches at 20-25 pouches/minute or small pouches up to 600 pouches/min.
