High speed and accuracy, minimum damage to the product
The principle feature responsible for the enormous success of the Zacmi
telescopic fillers on the market, is the filling accuracy, as opposed
to that of the traditional drum fillers. The product is measured volumetrically
before being filled into the container; it does not undergo maltreatment
but is gently transferred from the filling plate to the dosage telescopes,
by a suitable baffle system.
Rapid change-over of sizes
The main disadvantage of the telescopic fillers over the drum fillers,
was that each time the variation in the volume between one container size
and another was above 1:2, it was necessary to replace the entire filling
plate.
However, the new Zacmi telescopic fillers, allow the replacement of telescopes
without having to change the filling plate.
Hygiene
All the parts in contact with the product are manufactured in stainless
steel or sanitary material.
The machine is easily accessible in all its parts for quick and thorough
cleaning.
Advanced technology
- the machine can be provided with a motorized system for telescope
adjustment, which is operated from the electric panel board
- a special system controls the product level on the filling plate
