This machine separates foreign matter from spinach and other foliaceous products, by means of adjustable air flow.
It can be constructed with either two or three modules, according to specific requirements.
All parts in contact with the product are constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, whilst the supporting structure is hot galvanized carbon steel.
It is principally composed of:

- Grading drum to divide the leaves into 2 or 3 size categories.
- Pneumatic separators (2 or 3) which blow air through the product with fully adjustable speed according to the graded leaf/piece dimensions.
- Acceleration belts (2 or 3) feed the pneumatic separators with the product which has been size graded in the drum.
- Frequency variator to regulate the air flow generated by the motorized electric fans.
- Electric control panel.
