Установка для удаления косточек из абрикосов

Разработана для удаления косточек со скоростью свыше 1500 абрикосов/мин. Для того, чтобы агрегат работал с максимальной производительностью, плоды должны быть отсортированы в две группы: 30 и 60 мм в диаметре. Установка состоит из 2 частей. Первая секция состоит из станины из стали, оцинкованной горячим способом, с валом, передающим плоды, щетки-скребка, душа и транспортера. Основная функция этой секции состоит в том, чтобы выстроить плоды в 12 рядов, начиная с загружающего бункера, который может загружаться из ящиков, конвейерных лент или контейнеров. Вторая секция, которая удаляет косточки, состоит из роликовой цепи, передвигающей и направляющей плоды при помощи конических роликов, а затем при помощи цилиндрических дисков. Все узлы оборудованы автономными, регулируемыми приводами, и разные периферийные скорости обеспечивают автоматическое выравнивание фруктов для того, чтобы они подходили к режущему устройству правильно. Головка, удаляющая косточки, снабжена 12 параллельными ножами, разрезающими плод на две равные половинки без отходов. Число правильно направленных абрикосов достигает почти 100%, есть возможность укомплектовать установку таким образом, чтобы одновременно обрабатывались плоды двух размеров. После разрезания отделитель косточек направляет половинки плодов определенным образом для облегчения сортировки и дополнительного отделения косточек.

The new K7-2000

The new K7-2000 with its new and advanced patented system operating by compressed air, has eliminated the complex mechanism (levers, gears, racks etc..) of the previous model.
The latter, in fact, needed a qualified labour to set uo the cutting elements. This innovated system is completely oil bath lubricated, consequently there is no mechanical wear. It assures a perfect running of the machine during its working time.
Thanks to its new patented pittung system, the K7-2000 gives the stoning knives a continuous and homogeneous motion in order to pit green and very ripe fruit. All that has permitted "almost all of iit" the stoning knives breakage.
The new K7-2000, thanks to its new Feder and its new Fruit Automatic Orientation device, does not need anymore the help of the two people to adjust the remaining fruit not oriented in the ideal cutting position. The K7-2000 Feeder, in fact, has been enlarged in its capacity. It is equipped of a new rotating system that assures both a continuous feeding and the highest required machine capacity.
the Fruit Automatic Orientation device has also been enlarged in its capacity. In fact, thanks to its innovated rotary and alternate elements, it has enormously improved the fruit orientation percentage so much to eliminate the help of the two people.
Moreover, the new K7-2000 is equipped of a new cleaning automatic device to eliminate the cutting residues. In fact, it injects on the bottom head a water stream with an air spray whose operating cycle is automatically controlled by a PLC. It makes sure that the cutting elements are always cleaned. Consequently, it enormously reduces both the water consumption and ordinary maintenance.
